Taking time for yourself is a must for staying mentally healthy. We can help you to understand how stress, worry and anxiety can affect us and the benefits of different forms of relaxation. In teaching, you breathing and relaxation techniques, this 2-hour workshop can help to reduce stress at an early stage.
