When we feel low or stressed we often have less energy and interest in life. This workshop helps you to recognise the benefits of staying active and the impact that inactivity has on mental wellbeing.
This includes learning, socialising, exercise and hobbies; and challenging excuses and lack of motivation.
We will give you information on what is available in and around Barnsley to get involved in.
These workshops are held at the Mental Health Access Team, Rose Tree Avenue, Cudworth, S72 8UA.
