We offer numerous FREE 2 hour workshops focused on key areas of our wellbeing. They look at a variety of common concerns and issues that people experience in everyday life as well as through common mental health problems such as anxiety, stress and depression. The workshops can be a great introduction to information about our wellbeing and ways in which we can make changes to improve this.
The workshops are run by qualified practitioners with a wealth of knowledge and experience. They are there to support you through the session and answer any questions you have.
